Chicago producer J. Slikk’s “The Plan 2 Escape” (fully produced by J.
Slikk) is a 13 track compilation made up of various unreleased tracks,
mixtape tracks, instrumentals (some hidden throughout the album),
featured album productions, new remixes, and a few more surprises.
Featuring the likes of fellow Back Packers Anonymous members Cyrano
Sinatra, Roe, Junclassic, Steadyflow.. fellow Chicago artists Rashid
Hadee, Dee Jackson (of the 80’s babies), and Ari Lourdes, the EP that
swole into a full length album is just a taste of that leading up to
Slikk’s first major compilation “Escapisim” due out the 2nd quarter of
2012.
Just like the title says… this is the third sampler tape from the Modern Shark recordings label of Brooklyn, New York City. Like tapes one and two, tape three was compiled by label head Baje One (who is also the rap dude in Junk Science).
